At AIZO Quality Heating, we stand behind the durability and performance of our heating solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the heating unit in its original box with all included manuals and components to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the unit's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
